Hi there, welcome to my blog! I’m currently just three courses away from completing my Masters degree in Forensic Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Before beginning my studies I attempted to join the United States Marine Corps but was medically discharged just two weeks shy of the full 13 weeks. Despite that, my experience there taught me resilience, discipline, and the importance of mental well-being which are values that continue to influence my life today. I’m also proud to say that I work for a Native owned casino where I’ve had the privilege of engaging with such a diverse community. Growing up with family in the military, I’ve always been around strong, service-minded individuals, which has given me a unique perspective on both mental health and community support. It has also allowed me to gain first hand experience with so many of the amazing cultures and ethnic groups that this great country embodies.

While I share insights and personal experiences related to mental health, it’s important to note that I am NOT a licensed psychologist or mental health professional. The content on this blog is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or psychological services.

Through this blog, I aim to promote mental health awareness and offer support to those navigating their own mental health journeys. Thanks for being here, and I hope you find something helpful along the way!
